Specific Location: The artwork was being exhibited in the group show "La Béstia i el sovirà ", curated by Hans D. Christ, Iris Dressler, Paul B. Preciado and ValentÃn Roma, at Museu d'art Contemporani de Barcelona (MACBA), Barcelona.
Description of Artwork: The sculpture consists of 3 figures: King Juan Carlos being penetrated by bolivian activist Domitila Barrios de Chúngara, who is at the same time being penetrated by a German Shepherd. They are placed over a pile of nazi helmets.
Description of Incident: The spanish monarky and its supporters felt ofended and denounced the sculpture.
Results of Incident: After some days was retired from the exhibition space. The curators ValentÃn Roma and Paul B. Preciado resignated from their roles as researchers at MACBA, the director renounced and the whole MACBA's directorial stuff was changed.

Description of Artwork: Imagen escenificada de Jesucristo, al que dotaba -a través de modelos- de una estética gay, una Virgen prostituta y San José camello.
Description of Incident: Exposición de fotografÃas del artista Francisco Bayona, organizada por la Universidad de Granada que desató la polémica y las amenazas directas al autor, lo que llevó a las autoridades universitarias a determinar cerrar la exposición a los cuatro dÃas de su inauguración. lanca Parrilla y Mario Ortega, de Los Verdes de AndalucÃa, protestaron por esa decisión por vÃa judicial y en su denuncia recalcaron que, según publicaron varios medios de comunicación, el artista habrÃa sido amenazado "y que la Universidad se sintió coaccionada por este motivo". Bayona, de hecho, denunció ante la policÃa que le habÃan llegado varios correos electrónicos de contenido ofensivo y amenazante.
Results of Incident: Posteriormente, la fiscalÃa de Granada investigarÃa posibles circunstancias de amenazas al autor y a la propia Universidad por parte de particulares que llegaron a ser tan agresivas que propiciaron la censura y el cierre de la muestra

Description of Artwork: A sex education series with non-pornographic full frontal nudity pictures of teenagers in the age range from 14 to 21 years, later from 16 to 20 years, running over 16 years.
Description of Incident: A protest action named "Stop the Bravo" was formed with the target, to force the magazine not to show nude pictures of underage teenagers anymore, though the pictures are legal in German law.
Results of Incident: The series with nude pictures was abolished around 2010. When the series was re-introduced around 2015, the age range for the nude models was changed to adults from 18 to 25 years.
